We provide a non evasive inspection without damaging or tearing apart the structure. The Thermal Imaging gives emissivity of the surface temperatures to help determine of there is a water, moisture, or temperature differential problem. We can detect heat loss of the walls, ceilings, doors, windows, etc. of a home or building. Thermal Imaging is not a mold detector as some advertise. It is the water and moisture that feed mold mold growth.
